In this movie Miss Chloe stars as the Head Mistress at a top private school and she has received a complaint from a parent about one of the teachers at the school. The teacher had been encouraging bullies at the school to pick on their son. Miss Chloe decides to bully the teacher by stripping him naked, ordering him to wear his underpants on his head and then soundly spanking his bare backside for him!
